Depending on the plot’s characteristics, Mas Aalto plants either plant varieties traditional to the region – Carginan and Grenache – or varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Shiraz. These vines are aged up to 100 years, so that their deep, well-established roots are able to reach full maturity, greater consistency, and less dependence on climatic conditions.
